Report illegal content
In danger right now? Call 112 (EU) or 133 (police, Austria). Child sexual abuse material: report it to us and to Stopline or the police; don't download, copy or share it.
With the app
The fastest way: open the profile, event, photo or video, story or comment and tap ••• → Report. A moderator reviews it, normally within 24 hours, and we tell you the outcome in your notifications.
Without the app
Email valeriosantucci.at@gmail.com (the link opens a ready-made message). Please include:
- Why you think the content is illegal (and which law, if you know).
- Where it is, as exactly as you can: the username, the event's name and date, or a description that lets us find it (a screenshot helps).
- Your name and email, so we can tell you what we decided. Not needed if the report is about child sexual abuse material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your report.
- A person reviews it, diligently and without arbitrariness, normally within 24 hours, against the law and our Community Guidelines.
- We tell you our decision and how you can contest it. The author of the content is told the reasons too, and can appeal. We don't tell them who reported it, unless the law requires it.
- Illegal content is removed and, where the law requires it (always for child sexual abuse material, and when someone's life or safety is at risk), reported to the authorities.
- Reports that are clearly unfounded, sent repeatedly, may be ignored.
Authorities
Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services reach us at the same address (point of contact under articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act), in English, German or Italian.
